Empty the dried Hops & Lavender into the organza bag, and give them a little crush to release the scent, then add a few drops of our peaceful Sleepy Scent into the bag each night. Pop the bag onto a little dish and put by the side of your bed. Relax and inhale the scent as you drift off to sleep.
Hops and Lavender have been used for centuries to help relax and encourage calm. Please note, Hops contain a yellow pollen substance (which holds the aroma and scent), which can stain light materials, so please use carefully, and put in a liner if you are using in your pillow itself.
