In the summer months, our Lavender fields burst into colour across the Kent landscape and we harvest and extract pure Lavender Oil.
We're proud to produce our own beef, apples, apple juice, Kentish hop garlands, dried flowers, pumpkins, Lavender oils, food essences, Lavender teas and honey.
All sold at our award winning Farm Shop along with seasonal decorations, locally produced food, gifts, hampers, crafts and more!

The farm’s own beef, apples, apple juice, Kentish hop garlands, dried flowers, pumpkins, Lavender oils, food essences, Lavender teas and honey are all sold through our unique, award-winning farm shop, and online, along with carefully selected gifts, cards, crafts, seasonal decorations, food hampers and local, traceable produce.

We’re thrilled to announce a delicious new offering at Castle Farm! From January 2026 we have become a partner with Little Fish Sushi - offering a convenient pick up point for fresh, hand crafted sushi.
Join us for an evening of Christmas joy! Castle Farm will remain open from 5pm - 8pm to welcome you after dark for a little spot of Christmas Shopping.
