Our handmade dried flower Wheat Stooks and Wheat Sheaves are arrangements of beauty! Constructed to traditional methods, these beautiful dried flower features bring rustic charm and last for years!
Our stooks are free-standing arrangements of spiralled stalks of wheat, and come in three sizes. The sheaves are flat-backed displays designed to be hung on a wall.
Both are always popular for weddings, table centres, shop window displays and harvest festivals. We have also supplied through to film sets and product launch events.
The green wheat used is harvested in late June, before the grains of wheat are fully developed, yet the stalks and heads are strong enough to stand tall and strong. Golden wheat is harvested later in July, when the grain is formed and the wheat has turned a beautiful yellow in the British sunshine.
The wheat is dried in our specialist hot air kilns, and all arrangements are made by hand, by our talented dried flower florists on site. We have won five GOLD medals at the prestigious Chelsea Flower Show for our dried flowers - buy with confidence!

I grew up on Castle Farm and love sharing the beautiful views and daily life of our busy family farm. You’ll often see me around the place with 4 young children in tow, or a film crew who are out on location!
