       A beautifully delicate soft set honey collected from the hives at Castle Farm. The bees gather the nectar and pollen from spring flowers, tree blossom and oil seed rape.

      The hives are tended by a local beekeeper (Roy of the Fawkham Bee Company). He and his family bottle and label all of their honey in house and are very proud that their honey never leaves the Sevenoaks District in its journey to the jar.
