An invigorating, stimulating essential oil with a high camphor content. Traditionally used in hair care products (it cleans the scalp and helps to fight dandruff), for treating respiratory problems (including colds and sore throats) and to increase concentration.

• Put a few drops on a handkerchief and inhale to clear the nose.
• Add to outdoor candles to deter mosquitoes.
• Heat in an oil burner to purify and disinfect the air.

Note: Rosemary essential oil is not suitable for use during pregnancy or for people suffering epilepsy or high blood pressure. It should not be used directly on the skin.
