We are delighted to offer our first Castle Farm Discovery Hike!

Led by a member of the Alexander family (5th generation family farmers), enjoy an energetic hike to discover areas of Castle Farm that are not usually accessible and enjoy stunning views across the valley during this beautiful season.

This hiking tour involves up to 3km of walking (including steep hills and uneven ground) at an active pace and lasts approximately 2hrs, with opportunities to pause as a group and learn more about the farm and local area. The tour will conclude at our packhouse, a chance to enjoy a well-earned complementary drink and lavender shortbread biscuits!

*Not suitable for children under 12. The route is NOT suitable for pushchairs, well behaved dogs on leads are welcome. Please wear sturdy walking boots and dress appropriately for the weather on the day. Moderate level of fitness required.

£12.50 inclusive of a £0.75 booking fee.

Important Information

Please aim to arrive at Castle Farm 15 minutes before your event begins.

Parking: Please park at the end of the Packhouse (the big blue building next to the Farm Shop) - There will be a chalk board directing you on the day. Click here for directions to Castle Farm. The tour will finish back at the shop.
