HOW TO USE

• Keep a bottle with you to inhale when you need a bit of calm.
• Use as part of your bedtime routine.
• Add a few drops to an oil burner or steam diffuser for an hour before bed.  

ANTISEPTIC & ANTIFUNGAL

Our ‘Folgate’ variety with a fresh fragrance. Can be used to aid healing and cleansing.

HOW TO USE

• Mix with body moisturiser or aloe vera gel to help with sunburn or mosquito bites
• For bath: mix 6 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and stir into bathwater.
• Inhale to minimise travel sickness.

STIMULATING & ENVIGORATING

A powerful oil with a penetrating and camphorous scent. Good for room fragrancing and repelling insects.

HOW TO USE

• Inhale a few drops on a handkerchief to help clear a stuffy nose or a drowsy head.
• Sprinkle inside sports shoes to keep them neutralise odours.
• Use to deter moths and mosquitos.
