    Our Sleepy Scent is designed to provide a soothing, calming effect through a unique blend of essential oils, including hops and lavender. It's a natural sleep aid helping to relax the mind, body, and heart. Use it at bedtime for the best results - simply put a few drops on a handkerchief near your pillow to take in its calming aroma. Alternatively, dilute 2-4 drops in a cup of boiled water and inhale the vapours for a soothing, comforting bedtime atmosphere, promoting longer sleep.
