The gift card will presented in one of our beautiful lavender cards, choose from Lavender Sunset, Lavender Bench or our Generic Castle Farm Design with space for a hand written message.

Please include preference of card design and any gift message in the notes section when placing the order.

  • The gift card will be sent via Royal Mail at the price of £1.95
  • If using the gift card for booking Lavender Season Events, please ensure the recipient redeems the voucher in plenty of time once tickets are released, as our events sell out fast - event bookings will open in June 2024, and take place early - mid July.
  • The value of the gift card can be redeemed against products in the Castle Farm Shop or in our online store.
  • Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

Alternatively we offer Lavender Picnic Gift Experiences for two Adults or four Adults or an e-Gift Voucher

Your tickets will be emailed to you, on the email provided in your booking at checkout. You will receive a booking confirmation and a ticket email with downloadable links. On the day of the event, you are welcome to show the ticket on your phone, but if you cannot do this then don't worry our team can access your booking using the full name used at booking. 

Bookings are non-refundable and we regret that we are unable to cancel or refund bookings. Please check forecasts and diaries carefully before making bookings. Our Lavender Field Walk, Guided Tours & Lavender Picnic events are all-weather events. If you have questions about your booking, please email the team on tickets@castlefarmkent.co.uk with the details of your original booking.
