    LAVENDER ESSENCE FOR HOT COOKING

    Lavender food essence for high-temperature use. Created specially for cooking, baking, jams and sauces. Think Lavender & Lemon Marmalade, Lemon & Lavender cakes, scones and shortbreads!

    Extracted from the Lavender flowers which have been grown and distilled at Castle Farm in Kent, this unique Culinary Lavender Essence is designed for use in food. It combines with the ingredients in your recipe to give an even distribution of flavour and the true taste of Lavender.


    Recommended usage: 0.25% by weight.

    Note: Chocolate-making is the only process for which we recommend you use the pure oil rather than the essence. Kentish Lavandin Oil and Kentish Rosemary Oil are excellent for flavouring dark chocolate.

    Castle Farm delivers nationwide across the UK usually despatched within 3 working days of the order being received.     To discuss a return or refund please contact us by telephone (01959 523219) or email (orders@castlefarmkent.co.uk) within 5 working days of receipt. In case of faulty or damaged goods Castle Farm will refund the cost of return in addition to the order refund. If returning please use a recorded or special delivery service to ensure goods are returned.
