For 2025 we will be running two fields (Cowshed and Park) in the same booking and allowing photographers to decide upon arrival which field to base themselves in. 

Please ensure your clients know which field/ farm location you have booked, so when they arrive at the farm they can be directed accordingly. 

Well behaved dogs are welcome at these sessions. If you wish to bring any other animals (including horses) please contact us directly to discuss your needs before booking.

The booking is fully refundable by agreement with the farm if the session needs to be cancelled on the day, due to unsafe conditions. Where possible, we are happy to make amendments to bookings, free of charge, up to 7 days before the session booked.

If the booking is cancelled by the photographer prior to 7 days before the event, a refund will be given minus a £25 cancellation fee per hourly session.

No refunds or amendments will be allowed within 7 days of the sessions booked.
