Enjoy a relaxing 2.5 hours to sit or stroll in our beautiful 'Ladybird' Lavender field with over 80,000 Lavender plants (10 acres)! Sit back with a BYO picnic and drinks, and wander through the rows of fragrant flowers. Take a family photo on the spectacular Lavender Bench, or walk to the top of the field to take in the glorious valley views. Sorry, no dogs at this event.
Our farm Market Stall will be available in the Lavender Picnics Field with refreshments available to purchase. Try our delicious: snacks, ice creams, hot and cold drinks, Kentish wine, beer, cider, Lavender G&T's and our new Lavender Cocktails for 2025!
This year you can pre-order a bottle of chilled Folc Rosé or a Lavender Gin Bucket to enjoy in the Lavender Picnic Field, please look out for the pop up as you check out your Lavender Picnic tickets. These chilled drinks will then be waiting for you on arrival - just bring your order confirmation with you!
You are welcome to bring your own picnic rugs or chairs along for this event. There is no seating provided. See above tab for more information about What You Need To Know regarding this event.

- Lavender Picnics include dedicated car parking. If you arrive by car, you will need to access the farm via the A225 entrance, and you will exit the farm onto Redmans Lane.
- Sorry, no commercial photography or drones
- Sorry, no dogs are allowed in the Lavender Picnic events. If you wish to visit with your dog, please look at the Lavender Field Walk events.
- Toilet facilities are available for Lavender Picnic ticket holders
- This is an all-weather event, there are three large marquees in the field to provide shelter / shade, but you are welcome to bring a sun shade or mini-gazebo with you if you wish.
- Please take your rubbish home with you. Please avoid using glass or metal cutlery as if left, this can damage our harvester.
- Please note, bees will be present in the Lavender, so take extra care
- Ticket price includes £1 booking fee

Your tickets will be emailed to you, on the email provided in your booking at checkout. You will receive a booking confirmation and a ticket email with downloadable links. On the day of the event, you are welcome to show the ticket on your phone, but if you cannot do this then don't worry our team can access your booking using the full name used at booking.
Castle Farm event tickets are non-refundable. Please check you can attend on your chosen date before you book. The team will assist with amendments where they can, on a case by case basis, but alternative date availability cannot be guaranteed, and may not be possible.
